Refunds and Exchanges

Thank you for choosing Tatiana Ashanti Studio! Please note that all sales are final. Since most of our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any reason once the order is placed. We encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or repairing the item.
