    I specialize in creating custom designs, and creative projects tailored to your needs. This includes (but is not limited to) digital templates, handmade crafts, personalized apparel, and more.   2. Can I request a completely unique custom piece?
    Absolutely! I love working on unique projects. Let me know your vision, and we’ll collaborate to bring it to life.
     

  3. Do you have a portfolio or examples of your work?
    Yes, you can view my portfolio on this website under Gallery. If you’d like to see something specific, feel free to ask.
     

  4. What is considered a custom request?
    A custom request is anything that is not already actively advertised on this website or Tatiana Ashanti Studio's social media accounts. Custom requests are unique projects that I have not previously created.

Ordering and Customization

  1. How do I place an order for a custom piece?
    You can fill out the inquiry form on the Contact page, or email me directly at tatianaashantistudio@gmail.com. Be sure to include details like size, colors, style, and any other specifications.
     

  2. What is the typical turnaround time for a custom order?
    Turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of the project. Most orders take less than 2 weeks to complete. I’ll provide an estimated timeline once we finalize your project details.
     

  3. Do you offer revisions on custom orders?
    Yes, I offer up to 3 revisions during the creation process to ensure you’re happy with the final result. Additional revisions thereafter may incur a fee. Once the design is approved, no further revisions are permitted. 

Pricing and Payment

  1. How much do your custom works cost?

    Pricing depends on the size, materials, and complexity of the piece. I’ll provide a detailed quote once we discuss your project. Feel free to ask for an estimate!
     

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    All payments must go through this website. It helps streamline my processes and eliminates the need to do everything manually.  Please note that deposits are required for custom orders. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. 
     

  3. Do you offer payment plans?
    Typically, no. But, for special circumstances (i.e. larger projects and orders costing over a particular threshold), please reach out to me and we discuss working out the details on a case-by-case basis. Please note that these accommodations will ONLY be considered for custom requests and must be discussed PRIOR to final approval. 

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, I am willing to ship worldwide! Shipping fees vary depending on the destination. Contact me for a shipping estimate.
     

  2. How is my order packaged for shipping?
    I carefully package all items to ensure they arrive safely. For fragile or high-value pieces, I use extra protective materials.
     

  3. Can I pick up my order if I’m local?
    Yes! If you’re in the area, we can arrange a local pickup or delivery to save on shipping. I am currently based in Southern Connecticut.
