A custom request is anything that is not already actively advertised on this website or Tatiana Ashanti Studio's social media accounts. Custom requests are unique projects that I have not previously created.

What is the typical turnaround time for a custom order?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of the project. Most orders take less than 2 weeks to complete. I’ll provide an estimated timeline once we finalize your project details.

Do you offer revisions on custom orders?
Yes, I offer up to 3 revisions during the creation process to ensure you’re happy with the final result. Additional revisions thereafter may incur a fee. Once the design is approved, no further revisions are permitted.

What payment methods do you accept?
All payments must go through this website. It helps streamline my processes and eliminates the need to do everything manually. Please note that deposits are required for custom orders. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Do you offer payment plans?
Typically, no. But, for special circumstances (i.e. larger projects and orders costing over a particular threshold), please reach out to me and we discuss working out the details on a case-by-case basis. Please note that these accommodations will ONLY be considered for custom requests and must be discussed PRIOR to final approval.
